In a nutshell the AP22 allows you to: <ul type="square">[*]display g-force [*]measure time between speeds (0-60, 0-100, etc.) [*]measure time over distance (1/4 mile, etc) It can be placed on the dashboard (or other relatively flat surface) and you can start testing immediately. The performance meter runs off 2 internal AA batteries, so it doesn't need a connection to the car's 12v supply. It uses accelerometers for it's measurements, therefore does not require any installation in the car whatsoever. The AP22 comes in it's own travel case and is complete with a PC serial cable and all instructions. The software can be downloaded for free from the Race Technology website.
