Mook
Have you had a look in the cleaning forum? There are some seriously serious people who seem to spend more time cleaning and polishing their cars than driving them. You'll definitely dig up some good advice

Mook
Couldn't agree more - I absolutely love having a sparkling clean car inside and out and Meguiars is the stuff of choice Living in the sticks and using it as the school taxi for 4 kids (not all junior Mooks!) puts paid to keeping it clean inside

As for keeping it clean inside and out, once you have it immaculate, it really doesnt take that much effort to keep it that way. The wife still thinks im nuts though. Today being another example as it was raining when i got home but id planned the car wash and out i went. Rain lasted 20 mins then the sun came out. So i got a bit wet cleaning the alloys but who cares !. Looks amazing now with a polish and im itching to drive it to work tomorrow
Mook
Well, yes, one of the kids I give a lift to has bored mis mates by pointing out the car every morning when I drive off Nothing quite like a shiny motor first thing in the morning
mb
Meguiars Natural Shine Vinyl and Rubber Protectant isn't bad, you need to put a little on a cloth rather than apply directly, would probably try their quick interior detailer when it runs out though as its not perfect (can look a little bit shiny so I use in very small quantities)
