Fergy
This has been covered a squillion times before but......are the heating elements in the B7 seats already and only connected if optioned. If so whats involved in connecting them and dash buttons etc..
Chav
You'll need a new air/con unit, and heating elements for the seats, and wires etc. Plus, you'll have to trash your upholstery to fit them!

Milo
Heated seats are definitely not a "plug and play" option. They are what lead the dealer to re-order my car (again) after the second one turned up without them

shark_90
Definately not an easy job - unless you bought the front seats from a breaker/t'ebay. Then in honesty it can't be that difficult. And you'd probably get the same for your seats as the ones with heated elements in them.. It depends how much hassle you want and how far you're prepared to go
paul_tdi
I did it in a B5. the hardest bit is the physical wiring as shark stated. Ideally you could do with getting the connectors and wiring diagram. It is possible but hard to source the parts required.
