smass Posted July 31, 2006 Report Share Posted July 31, 2006 I've got a MK4 GTI, tried putting new LED style rear lights on, removed the inner cover and managed to remove the bolts holding the light in place apart from the bolt holding the unit in place on the wing side of the car (this is on both side). Both of these bolts are covered by metal panels stopping me from accessing the final bolt, does anyone know of a way to get to these bolts without snapping/cracking the light cover??
