eldavo69
Very amusing take on a simple trick !!! Probably makes good money too out of a £2 silk, £3 gimmick and the guts to get nekkid in front of a load of people. Disco
Ari
She puts it in her mouth doesn't she? Every time she pushed the silk into her hand her hand flew close past her mouth almost immediately after. Oh and she looks quite Teutonic in a strict yet strangely compelling way! richy_uk
Oldest trick in the book. Fake thumb / finger in one hand, push the hankie into it, when it's all in, push your thumb in after it and wave hands around so no one see's it's a fake thumb as everyone is just looking for the hankie. Ari
Aaaahhh... gotcha! Mind you, her distraction technique is pretty effective!
richy_uk
Yep, it certainly takes the focus away from the fact she may have a false thumb on.

TP27
So where does she hide the "fake-thumb" at the end of the performance ?
richy_uk
Hate to admit it, but maybe 2 hankies were involved all along.......
eldavo69
[ QUOTE ] So where does she hide the "fake-thumb" at the end of the performance ? [/ QUOTE ] Back over her thumb. It is called a thumb-tip, hollow inside so you can wear it without anyone knowing. They are pretty convincing even when up close.
patently
I'm sure that's the right answer, but it's not the one we want to hear
