Soapsuds
Not often i venture into the BMW forums.... so HI!!! Anyway A work colleague of mine curently has a 10 month old 330d that he wants to get remapped without effecting his warranty (had a few niggling problems and doesnt want to risk it - fair enough!). He called BMW UK to ask if they have an approved remap, but promptly told him to buy a 3.5 if he wanted more power!! Nice.... Are there any approved remaps does anyone know?? He is located in Northern Ireland, but is more than happy to come over here (anywhere) to get the work done...... Advice / guidance much appreciated!! Ta. gizze
DMS gurauntee the map is hidden from the dealer, only way to tell is send the ecu to bosch, they will also cover any work costs that should they be refused because of the remap. Get him to call Mike Cooper at DMS for full details, tel him Guy (gIzzE) sent you from the forums and to ask for a good price.

gizze
Yeah sorry, should have posted the link. Speak with Mike and tell him the concerns and he will be able to tell you exactly what they offer for the money.
Ben
There are official tuners that keep the warranty in place, I remember reading up. Birds offer Hartge conversions IIRC. www.birdsauto.com
