At the moment l have pilot sport 1 on all four corners, cant find a stockist who has these any more(discontinued)? would it be okay. ie safe to fit the pilot sport 2's on the front and leave the Pilot sport 1's on the rear as the rears still have 5mm Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Smudge Posted January 28, 2007 Report Share Posted January 28, 2007 In theory you could say yes, but the PS1's are such a shite tyre I'd say ditch them & change all round. PS2's aren't cheap though. You sound like you don't rack up the miles if your still running 1's, so why not look at either Goodyear Eagle F1's or Toyo Proxes. You can normally get them around the £100 a corner if you hunt. Where are you based (£10 says the NW )?? If your anywhere near Berkshire, then Bracknell Tyres are extremely cheap. A busy busy place, but worth the wait imo.
