johnny11
now our fuji fixpix 410 has finally given in, so i`ve been looking at some new ones. The one that i think looks like a good buy with a good spec is the Panasonic TZ3 , now i`ve never bought a Panasonic camera before so any advice on this camera would be very helpful, or any other suggestions on any others for around the same price £
davidhodgkinson
I'd recommend the fuji finepix S6500 - excellent camera, works well in low light levels.

CarMad
I had a 410 years ago and moved to a Fuji F30 last year. Look at this thread Which camera thread ... Fuji F31d for all the info you need. F31d is what you want, great at taking pictures day and night and it will last for 600 shots easy peasy so it doesn't even need charging on most holidays. DHA
Having used the f31d recently I have been blown away by the picture quality and battery length. It was used at Le Mans for around 200 photos and some short videos. Sat in a hot car for most of the trip and the battery meter was still showing full when I got home. CarMad
Yeah I've used it for a week, 1.5gb of photos and video and its only when I landed in the UK that the battery wasn't showing full.
