Mook
Considering an alternative B6 S4 Avant, now that the tweaked one I was going to buy is probably not going to happen The car is fitted with black roof bars on a silver car, so I would want to swap them for the brushed aluminium option. How much work is involved in swapping the roof-bars? I presume the roof lining has to be removed for this, but is there anything else? Also, does anyone have any idea of the cost of the aluminium roof-bars?
Avus_Bub
I would think as you say probably not too bad a job. As for cost though.......... BUB
Froggy
I'm sure I read somewhere (here??) that the black ones where the same bars simply painted? (Could be talking shite though)
Mook
They're made out of aluminium - but I don't fancy using Nitromors on them while they're still fitted to the car
