mgoliver(aka Beermeister)
What is the best way to protect the paint in a car? Getting my new A5 Ibis White in September and drive around 30k miles per annum. Should I go for Supaguard or anything like it?
Golfer
Megs NXT followed by Turle Wax Gloss Guard, that should do you, done all mine no trouble at all. http://www.comparestoreprices.co.uk/car-accessories/turtlewax-gloss-guard-500ml.asp
Mook
Or you could try one of those 3M paintshield products, which is a self adhesive transparent plastic that covers the parts you want it to (e.g. bonnet, front wings, wing mirrors etc.). They don't yellow like they used to. Quite expensive, but worth it, imo on an expensive toy.
CarMad
Have a look in the cleaning forum. For me the best sealant that lasts stunningly long and I mean over 6 months is Zaino Pro, fantastic stuff, you can put NXT on top of it for the sparkle (NXT only lasts for a month ish) but don't do it the other way around.
