kermitfrog Posted July 27, 2007 Report Share Posted July 27, 2007 Recently spotted what seems to be a clean and unmodified example on Autotrader from GT Motor Sales, Perth. 93 K reg, with 107k on the clock. £3,695 Fair price? Aware of possible loose timing chains causing rattling in VR6 engines around about the 100k mark (and to factor for appx £600 to rectify this). Sub £3K would be a more realistic price to pay, but £3695 is probably a starting price, open for negotation. [/ QUOTE ] Been lurking around here for the past few weeks now. Lots of good buying advice and info. Problem is that most VR6s for sale are in mid/southern England.
