theduisbergkid
I'm with them. Cheap, but f*cking useless callcentre in India will drive you nuts if you ever have to contact them by phone. Be warned. (PS - never had to claim, hope I never do)
zerologic
I'm with them too, signed up to the personal account manager service (free of charge) and it means you always deal with the same UK person for all enquires. No Indian call centres for me Not had to claim but always helpful and cheap!
DanG
We have car, pet and home insurance with them. They were cheap too and gave us a years no claims despite us being non resident in the UK. Seem fine, although you will have to up the level of European cover to fully comp if travelling abroad.

lukiep160
I've just took out a policy with them, they were over £250 cheaper than any other insurance company. I'll just have to wait to see what their customer service is like

When you get past the muppets in the call center then i cant really fault the customer service. There is one downside however as they're insurance assessors are from Royal sun alliance who sent the biggest jobsworth known to the human race to assess my claim. I didnt get the new engine that was recommended by the garage but i ended up with my car fixed which i suppose is the end result required. All in all i got my car back on the road and to be honest with a minimum of fuss to be fair. They are cheap and if my new quote in November is as cheap again i will renew rather than shop about. Oh and another point to note is that they will not give you a courtesy car if you dont take your car to be repaired at one of their chosen garages. Hope this helps mate

I know I have it (via a broker rather than MoreThan or it's ilk) and it's completely separate from the main insurance cover.

[/ QUOTE ] Well i cant comment on that as my courtesy car arrangement came under the whole package rather than separately. All i know is that because i had the car recovered to my chosen specialist VW/Audi garage rather than the one of their recommended two in Hull i wasnt given a courtesy car. The ironic thing is that the garage in question gave me their mechanics run a round car for the whole time then incorporated the cost for that into my repair so indirectly they paid for a courtesy car anyway which made me chuckle a bit !!
