All you need are a few scouts to tell you if someones taking a look and then a raiding party of say 10. Hit your nearest neighbours who seem to be doormant and then invest everything back into production. ALso if you're going away for a while send the lads out on a long raid and spend everything you have. I've been playing over a week and have just got my fields to level 10. I'm doing a kind of sitting for my neighbour by farming her, but the other one near me has an army of about 40 so I've sent a message to let me sit. My wall is at Level 11, does this really do much to defend, seems my 10 troops did well against his 60 interms of resources lost but guess that is due to the cranny reather than the wall. Just keep building the resources up and sending your troops away when you're not there.
