drpellypo
The pictures say it all really. Not particularly looked after! Got a chance to try out this too: Mixed up some TFR and SF (possible a bit strong. I could practically scoop the foam up in my hands! Fun though.) Knowing Mazda paint, and owing to the horrendous state of the paintwork on this car, I went straight to ip 3.02 on a yellow sfx pad. Menz seemed to like this combo and in fact, this was the easiest correction with Menz I have ever done. It well and truly played nice. drpellypo
And the black wow: This bit of plastic, I don't think had ever seen anything other than fairy liquid. The pictures don't really show how bad it was. Bare in mind also, this this is how the trim looked post wash and dry. They are permanent marks on there. A foam applicator, and a tiny (and I mean tiny) bit of black wow, which is a gel so spreads lovely, and we ended up with this:
TonyD
Wow. That's one nice finish..... I can't believe you can get the paint looking so shiny after it looked that bad!

drpellypo
That was actually one of my quickest details to date. Started at 9am, and was finished by 3pm. That included wash, dry, clay, polish, and wax application. Quite a small car panel wise though. The merc I did a few weeks back took about 15 hours! drpellypo
From a US supplier - had it imported. There's a group buy over on detailingworld at the minute though.
steelwind101
Excellent work!! I love that Japanese cars can be easily corrected. It really does = easy maintence, the paintwork spraying is meant to be better for the enviroment and safer for the staff too....WOOT!! The Black WOW looks great!! It reminds me of 303 windshield wiper wipes. What was the LSP!? Its probably there but i scanned through and cant see it!! Geoff Geoff
drpellypo
Hi geoff, thank for the comment! I used dodo purple haze (blagged a sample!) I'm not one for following trends, but I was really impressed with this wax. Really easy application, you could do the whole car and then buff off, and it smells nice!
