Darkside
Just an update from this original thread. Sent the letter to the local authority, they wrote back last week saying it was BT's liability. 'Here we go' I thought. Today got a letter from BT with a cheque for £199.10. Result, although for some unknown reason they said "the offer is made as a goodwill gesture only and should not be taken as an admission of liability" If not an admission then what the hell is it? Next time Im short of drinking money perhaps I will ask them for a straight cash goodwill gesture. The claim was certainly worth the 30p stamp and was relatively painless. [/ QUOTE ] It's a way of limiting the potential for you to get more out of them. Having been paid out for the wheel you could in theory take that as them admitting liability and try claiming for injuries or other damage on top. drpellypo
I’m resurrecting this for 2018, just so we don’t forget how convincing this kid was. And also because someone mentioned something on Facebook today which reminded me of good old McCrombie Edited January 3, 2018 by drpellypo

eldavo69
Craig McCombie is on Facebook and is friends with someone I know. He’s fat, late 20’s (age/BMI) and dresses like someone’s dad while driving a 10 year old Jag.
