AudiPartner
What's best one is terms of whitening power but also being ok for your teeth? Anyone tried that "Blanx"?
drpellypo
Is't whitening toothpaste a psychosematic thing? I was watching some TV prog that said it was no different to normal toothpaste but because it was shitening you brushed better and for longer, hence producing the results of whiter teeth. I want false ones. Much easier. get MrsP some too
CarMad
Its not good for your teeth gums apparently, just give them a good clean or go to the dentist and get them to clean them properly for you, then keep them that way.
Dave
Some whitening toothpaste contains a mild bleach to stain the plaque white... trouble is that in some people it can also strip the lining of the mouth and you end up with mouth ulcers or the like. CarMad
Yep, sister is a dentist and she said avoid it. However I would highly recommend getting a Sonicare toothbrush. Very very good at keep your teeth very clean have done wonders for me, no problems doing 2 mins each time and even she was impressed with the results. [/ QUOTE ] Aye, had my Sonicare Elite for a couple of years now. One of the best things I own. That clean feeling you get when you've just left the dentist? Every day my friend, every day. skifly
so which are the best leccy toothbrushes then...? Need to invest in one based on feedback from here!
fizzbitt
Well essentially they all do the same job in roughly the same way. So regardless of which one you get it will be a lot better than using a manual toothbrush. IMO. Here's one similar to the one i use. I got the older version. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Braun-Oral-B-Professional-Rechargeable-Toothbrush/dp/B00008BQXU You can buy replacement heads as well.. All supermarkets have them for sale so have a gander the next time your in.
AudiPartner
Generally the Philips Sonicare ones. I have the Elite which will cost you around £100 in the likes of Boots, but can be had off ebay for nearer £50! Do it. You won't look back. RobK
I find it boring when you don't have to do the brushing yourself. Seems like the 2 minutes lasts forever!
