Bashed the rear wing of my Imola S3 today so feelin' pretty sick. Anyone know of any good (and reasonable) paintshops in the Horsham area? Damage is not too bad, a couple of dents on the leading edge of the arch, cracked paint, etc, but I hate having anything wrong with the car. Anyone have any idea of what I should be paying? Thanks all. PS. That'll teach me to open the front gate fully before flooring it......

Paul, thought about fitting the full set but the audiworld forums seemd to think that the pedals wouldn't fit. Did you use the standard TT set and, if so, can you remember the ballpark cost? The deadpedal would help too (mine's all scuffed).

Hi, sorry to be nosy but looked at Pioneer thos w/end. How easy was this system to fit (what year S3?). How the hell have you managed to get both units dash mounted? Would be really good to see some pics of the finished result if you could. Ta.

Sounds like a bit of good luck. Would like to change the wheels to 18's add a bit more power but cash (and 'er indoors) will probably limit this in the short term. I'm only 10 miles from Quattrosports and was thinking of popping in there. You happy with the chip? Friend always uses AMD on his 911's and VW's and Revo also looks interesting so theres some decisions to be made. Cheers

doesn't the fact that there's no switch mean that there's no ESP (therefore fun in the snow anyway?). I also bought an S3 a few weeks ago (built 9/99) and agree it's a crackin' car, just could be faster. But then there's always Revo and the other half need never know........

Anyone out there removed the interior trim panels from an S3 tailgate? I'm trying to replace one of the shelf hooks and the trim looks pretty secure. Wouldn't like to break anything........ Cheers

I'm shortly to be a new S3 owner (2000 V, Imola Yellow, 36k) and, as a newbie, have a few questions you guys can no doubt help with. 1. Do the recaro seats have the heated elements incorporated when manufactured? i.e. if i haven't got this option is it simply a case of getting the standard switches and wiring up, or are the seats made with and without elements? 2. Anything I should look out for when buying. This is a 36k car, FASH for £16k, too much? 3. Best upgrades. I know this is subjective but the car didn't seem as quick as I expected. I've seen ads for MTM, AMD and APR - Any opinions? Thanks folks
