You could always do what works for Dan32 and tell her you are a Marine Biologist specialising in Dolphins grin.gif.

Troll? Where? I see no trolls! pengy.gif

Have you got a link to the full article? Could only find a verdict summary.

As it's Car & Driver I'm assuming this was a US or possibly JDM STI - the 2.0 twin scroll turbo unit that is VERY peaky. The UK variant with the 2.5 engine addresses some of the issues of grunt below 4000 revs and is designed to be much more tractable.

And - given that I know very well my lowly Legacy Spec B is at least on pace with an R32 - you're not SERIOUSLY going to suggest a standard R32 is even in the same league as an STI/EVO on pure performance are you? Methinks that would make YOU the troll! yelrotflmao.gif

The 2.5 is definitely the better version IMO. 169144-ok.gif

It'll be interesting to see how the new STI does when it hits the UK dealers in March. There will be an even quicker Prodrive version too. If you're willing to live with the looks and the crap interior in exchange for all that performance it is an awesome machine. Definitely a different car to R32. Much quicker, but the R32 does alot of the other things so much better. Not quite as good to listen to as the best Scoobies of old, but nice enough -especially with Milltek. Had never really thought much of the R32(mk4 or mk5) until a trip I did last year when there were two in the group. Straight line speed was nothing to shout about, but traction, grunt and handling were all impressive.

First time I saw a 32 on the road in 2003, there was a blonde hottie at the wheel, the contrast of her shoulder length hair flowing through the window and against the DBP paint was quite striking, not as much as her baboon ar5e size lips with bright red lipstick. PS Did I mention the permatan too?

....Er, not really enough visual information in that pic to decide whether 123576-assfeck.gif

Apparently, we (men in particular I guess) unconsciously ask ourselves 3 questions whenever we encounter another living being:

1 - Can I feck it?

2 - Can I eat it? (this question might be #1 for lesbians grin.gif)

3 - Can it eat me?
