RedRobin
....I just don't understand you, Rob, regarding cars - You had one of the finest modded (after mine! :grin) Mk5 GTI's in the UK for just how long? Are you a car dealer?
Tarmac_Terrorist
That mkII looks a minter though Did you just get bored of the MKV?

martininwillerby
robintegra. Shame you sold her....... been reading your threads on your white GTI. First of all it looks great. I've just fitted 19" BBS CH's to mine and are now looking at lowering it. I read on your other threads that you had fitted Eibach Sportlines to you other Golfs, why have you changed to H&R's. I've been looking at some Eibachs but the Pro-Kit. Others have been disappointed of the amount of drop they give. It seems to me that the H&R's are about middle ground compared to both Eibach spring systems. Have you any advice you can give me...... Cheers Martininwillerby
JonC
Shame about parting company with the candy white MKV, but clearly you had your reasons. The MKII is awesome; I had a big-bumper G-plate car in '94. Superb fun and great driveability and great poke for nudging 140 ponies too! Gave all those RS Escort drivers a run for their money

Timski
In my view, the best Golf ever made - MKII big bumper 16V GTI. Decent ones are getting harder and harder to find. This one looks a bit of a stunner - very tasteful mods. Spot on.
Oli
Your white golf looks great. But then again so does your new MKII I had a grey MKII GTI 16v, the original one with 1/4 lights - D92GSP - even remember the number plate!!!!

AlexM
Was the MK5 the one featured on the Revo stand at various events? Love the MK2 by the way, looks in great condition.
