I've done it to my last B6 S4 Avant, and to my current B7 RS4 Avant. You need an Audi Bluetooth module, a Bluetooth antenna, a microphone and a custom wiring harness. To get it done? - depending on where you are based you might like to contact craigyb (Manchester), TDiAvant (Newcastle) or if you're in the South I can put you in touch with someone in Hampshire (PM me if interested).
