burble Posted July 5, 2008 Report Share Posted July 5, 2008 I don't know if it'll make any difference but you could try to force a software download. Pull the power plug out then hold down the 'backup' button on the box (not the remote) as you plug the power back in and keep it held down until the TV shows a screen saying that the box is downloading. Sky were helpful :roflmao:Tried to sell me a new one. Suggested I'd just cancel as I never use it and they're sending me an engineer for free. Mo-S3 Posted July 6, 2008 Report Share Posted July 6, 2008 Mac there is a seller on ebay with huge feedback who sells deatils on how to sort out the majority of problems on sky/+ boxes for £2.50.
