Dave
The wife's dyson has died and before i go ou and replace it with another I wonder what advice you guys have? She doesn't like an upright so it has to be a drag-along.. our current dyson has been ok.. lasted a couple of years with daily use.. filters a bit of a pain to clean though. Anyone else have anything that ticks all the boxes?.. we have carpet, wooden floors and tiles.

CarMad
Still a Dyson for me, they give a 5 year warranty as well now for that extra piece of mind. A great british invention and a cracking vacuum cleaner.

Dave
I thought i would report that the wife is overjoyed with her new miele, in fact I haven't see her this happy with a new appliance since last Christmas.:D
Biscuits
We're on our third upright Dyson and this one by far is the worst, just doesn't suck the carpet well enough. Miele cylinder is what I'll (the wife I mean!) will be getting next, had one before and it was awsome till I hoovered out my old SAAB which had an unknown water leek and the carpets were soaked..... water tunning out the back of the vacume pretty much ended it's life.
