Luke
Just come back from a friends house. He's just had installed a 7 foot wide projector screen with full hd1080p. 3 great big speakers built into the wall at the front and 2 at ceiling level behind at the rear. He put on the movie Transformers (on Blueray) for a bit of a demo, and turned it up a little. Feck me its so unbelievable I sat there open mouthed for about 10 mins. The picture, sound and effect it gives is staggering. We watched the Spurs game on Skyhd and there is no blurring or distortion, still really sharp fantastic quality pictures. Now to start saving for £4500!!

Luke
What projector did he have :confused:Yesterdays Arsenal v Wigan game would have been better viewing Hi Chris. I knew someone was going to ask me that and i'd totally forgotten to look! As much as the picture was brilliant, the sound quality and power this thing generates was stunning. Forget going to the cinema! Oh and by the way Spurs like to score 4 goals in most games now, not
Calm Chris
There's some pretty decent projectors out there for sub £2000, although I understand the dearer the unit the more expensive the 'light bulb' (3 colour thing for the pictures that lasts 1500-3000 viewing hours) can be. Still have to get the surrounding light spot on for a 100% good picture, as in dark outside. Summer evenings with the curtains open and you won't think the projector is even worth turning on. I hope with all my heart than the Arsenal kids get to play Spurs next round

Luke
When he said he'd put Transformers on, I was like, HELLO get a decent film on. After 5 mins I was a bit gutted he turned it off for the football!! Fantastic special effects, American muscle cars and very big trucks and some people who've been made redundant by Citroen!!!!!
