Dave
I'm quite keen to go with the quad pipe system from Abt.. I know Abt from previous cars and they've always done well by me.. So it could be a small chip upgrade to the V8 and a nice quad tail pipe..
Dave
Ok, had a chat with Abt via e-mail today about this, and unfortunately it also means that you have to go with the styling package as well, (to fit the exhaust i presume).. that pushes the price up considerably, so £6500 is too steep for me. Saying that, i think the styling pack looks great
Busby
£6500!!! Surely you don't need every item in the styling pack in order to fit the exhaust - or do they only sell as a job lot? They've wasted some cash on R&D for that one, can't see many people parting with over £6k for it to be honest. Agree that it looks good though
cruiser647
You could always try the A8 section. Some of the D2 owners have been to Ipswich or Holland for a custom exhaust???? They do look good though!

It is a shame because I really like the look of the quad exhaust, but looking at my rear valance i can't see it fitting without alteration. shao_khan
I think the quad exhaust looks like the Kahn offering for the RRS and TBH not so nice. I like the caracterre offering for the Q7 better - it looks far more subtle, i think the exhaust fits quite nicely in with the kit and look of the car: ______ CARACTERE AUTOMOBILE _____ Edited February 24, 2009 by shao_khan

Dave
OMG!! That silver one is SH!TE .. the square exhausts don't even line up properly!! And why do they make the wheel arches so big.. they are big as standard and don't need extending even further!! And the blue one has a new bonnet... why the feck would you want to replace the bonnet?
Mook
And what the FECK are those air inlets at the rear arches And what about that piece of (pointless) plastic between the pipes on the blue one. Ah yes, that'll be for aerodynamic downforce effect
