Mook
I used to get a lift to work every day in one a few years ago - proper pocket rocket and they handle really well - properly chuckable
theduisbergkid
Right chaps...my mind is made up. I've decided, without driven one in my life, to go for a Pug 106 GTi. I think they still look nice - have plenty of poke and there's plenty to chose from. Anyone ever driven or owned one? Good call Just take your time in picking one, loads have been ragged by oiks, I'm sure there are some nice FSH ones around if you're patient. BURTON
Have you properly driven a Ford Ka? Yes, they're a bit rubbery, but they're in the "fun" range if you rag them... I thought that until we got one, Wifes car, blimey they are good fun and great round town! 300 miles to a tank and cheap as to maintain etc. Ours is a Ka Silver with leather and a/c awesome value for the little money we paid. For the type of car it is - It's going to be very hard to find one that's not been ragged - but like i said, there's plenty out there that look good - but how they drive is a different matter. I missed out on a lovely black one last week on FleeBay - it went for £515. According to the add, it ran perfectly well - the only glitch was the side door had been banged and needed repairing. I thought it was worth a look - but missed the auction. Tbh, as long as the car is in good mechanical nick, the aesthetics can wait and I can look after them later.
