NewNiceMrMe
Spotted at Laverock Hall Farm roundabout in Northumberland yesterday, a brand new Audi flagship RS model! Sorry about the blur, it was raining and I was laughing so much I couldn't really keep the phone level. Check out the left hand side badge....but he left the right hand side badge on too. Note - it looks like he left the "8" badge on, hacked the A off and has put the RS in front of it....(and yes, the RS badge was so badly placed it was actually slightly over the edge of the boot lid ). m4ttm4son
You must have a very curved windscreen. That suped up R8 looks very different from the regular one
NewNiceMrMe
No, it's badged as an RS8. So it's not even a model that exists (as far as I'm aware). I wish I could have got a shot of the wheels too. They were quite something. Much more shiny than even mine.
SINGH
Shame, how to spoil what else is a fantastic car. Interested to see the wheels.
garcon magnifique
I wish they had done an RS8. I'd far rather have one than an RS3 shopping trolley.
Mook
What so you'd have a luxo leather sofa instead
NewNiceMrMe
The wheels were just very bling. It did look to be in reasonably good condition otherwise. The driver was easily in his mid-50's. Thing is, I see a lot of chavved up E39 5 series and they're nearly always owned by older drivers who hanker after the M badge and think that sticking one on the back will fool everyone. garcon magnifique
I saw an E39 diesel M5 yesterday. My favourite of the week is still the Type R Sprinter van, though.
eldavo69
There's a silver B6 Audi A4 around Newcastle with RS4 rep wheels and the darkest illegal tints you've seen. It's badges state that it's an S8!
NewNiceMrMe
Who was it from here that spotted the Hyundai Coupe with the M Power badges? Rs32 and Lottiefox? I think it was at The Cat Inn on the A1 north towards Berwick.
fizzbitt
the best bit for me is the angle you took that pic from... trying to hide the fact your trying to take a shot of the car while laughing.

NewNiceMrMe
Why? Just why? I think that's possibly worse than the Hyundai because at least the Hyundai was remotely sporting in being a Coupe.
eldavo69
Even M3s don't have M badges!
NewNiceMrMe
Is that in Gosforth? I'm sure I've seen that at the petrol station at Falcons Nest.

I saw it in a hospital car park with a staff parking pass in it. I doubt very much it is from the area the hospital is in though.

NewNiceMrMe
Aha! Long time no see Jim. I knew I wasn't imagining things and I seemed to think there was photograph proof somewhere, as indeed it would appear there is!
