M8CKN
Surely its time for Clarkson to admit defeat, I'm embarrased for him. Car related items good but he is shocking.
Maxyboy
I thought it was good. P45 was amusing. Nice pieces on the Italian thingy, surreal to see the Bentley on a rally stage(still don't know how I feel about that). What's not to like..... Ian_C
P45 feature was funny as f*ck! Presume the Bentley was a test car from Crewe? I was surprised they didn't stick in on smaller alloys with bigger profile rubber though!
Tipex
Same old Top Gear, predictable, formulaic, puerile, I funking love it! Why do people still wonder how they manage to wreck seemingly perfect cars? It's been common knowledge for ever that they are either pre-production development models, or press demonstrators, all of which would otherwise be bound for the crusher, why not do something silly! Paul
I found it hard work. I missed the first 15 minutes, and struggled watching the rest, hoping it would improve. It didnt.
M8CKN
P45 was amusing. Come on, you're on a car related forum and find that drivel funny???
Luke
Enjoy it for what it is. There's not many other car related programmes on these days. JC can be annoying but most of it is pretty good.

bazza_g
Thought the Pagani was amazing to beat the V8 Atom round the lap. The P45 segment had me in stitches, great entertainment A rallying Conti GT speed - thought it looked good! In fact I got picked up in that very car just before Christmas

But remember Racing Legends, the delayed Colin McRae episode with Chris Hoy is on at 10pm BBC2 All in all it's been (about to be) an excellent night of TV on BBC2 or BBC HD, Top Gear, then Wonders of Life which I'm really enjoying, and looks spectacular in HD, followed by Racing Legends! cruiser647
Am i alone in wondering why they would wreck a 150K Bentley taking it around a rally stage. ?Let alone Bentley allowing it. Back to racing roots for Bentley! Fair play for allowing it, and even better that there was no 'limits' to what they could do.
garcon magnifique
Am i alone in wondering why they would wreck a 150K Bentley taking it around a rally stage. ?Let alone Bentley allowing it. Yes. But then I'm very much from the school of enthusiasts that believes cars should be used and abused, not polished and looked at. Besides, they hardly wrecked it. Bit of pebble dashing underneath (which they'd probably protected anyway). I do find it intensely amusing how many people seem to watch Top Gear purely so they can complain about it on the internet afterwards.
Rachel
Well never having watched Homeland I didn't know who Damien Lewis was... But I bet he had a huge amount of fun in the snow and slush. Chris Harris did a better review of the Huyara, but the Bentley segment was great!! Now I know what to save up for when I go shopping for an AWD.
Calm Chris
Am i alone in wondering why they would wreck a 150K Bentley taking it around a rally stage. ?Let alone Bentley allowing it. Top Gear is seen by something stupid like 500 million people across the globe. So from PR point of view £50k of damage to a Bentley is small change given the exposure. THE luxury barge doing 145mph over a official rally section and finishing, not comming last and still being in (more or less) one piece send out a nice publicity message (our cars are well built, realisable and the 4 wd system works). stooH
I like all of it until the P45 section, just found that cringey but the rest of it was good. I'm waiting for the S2B2 program 'Middle Gear' Or should that be Little Gear?

Same with the cars they used to play football with, and no doubt the rugby we've seen clips of in this series. It doesn't matter if they damage them, they are being destroyed anyway.
