Andrew
In a hotel in Germany. Big roar from the bar as I'm checking in. Poke my head round the door to see who is playing, thought of MrMe's angst. Might even put it on in my room, it isn't like the cricket highlights will be on here ... Waylander
Neither you nor I want the cricket highlights - given England's humiliation at the hands of the mighty Dutch and our hammering by Sammy. Valencia - lucky to still be on pitch. Another diving cheat is on the pitch now with the arrival of Young
NewNiceMrMe
Valencia isn't lucky. The ref was right. Both players went for the ball. Stop listening to the yet again dire ITV commentary.

TP27
Good game to watch - fair result too, albeit if ManU had won nobody could have complained.....
NewNiceMrMe
Deserved red at the end of the game. Still doesn't make up for what I think was a legitimate goal from United in the first half. How many teams will hold them 1-1? Not many at all. Beat all the pundit predictions across the globe and they should feel good about themselves tonight. It doesn't matter about the return leg. They've shown spirit against the best team in Europe and if Fellaini hadn't been on the pitch giving the ball away ever 5 seconds, we might have even won it. p.s. and Kagawa did his usual nothing within 5 minutes of being brought on. Andrew
I'm no expert but I don't think the German bloke touched our chavvy little roundball mascot. Maybe German TV shows something different.
Luke
If you're on a yellow you don't take the risk. Utd played well. Probably because the injuries kept out certain players. Fellani is, I'm afraid, absolutely SHITE.

TP27
A Klinsmann dive in all respects though....... Norwegian judge must have scored him a 10 !!!!!
NewNiceMrMe
By the way, it isn't lost on me that our man of the match, and the player that scored that superb header, has been told he can leave in 2 months time...
cruiser647
Fair play to Rooney. Revenge for watching Robben diving against AFC. Swings both ways Mr Robben.
garcon magnifique
Ironic in a way that it was Schweinsteiger that went off. Most United fans would do pretty much anything to swap him for Fellaini this summer...
NewNiceMrMe
I'm waiting to see if Glen Hoddle manages to pronounce Ibrahimović correctly tonight. Just once.

NewNiceMrMe
Real Madrid are mullering the Germans. Bale scored on 3 minutes, then Isco. They're all over them. I'm not that interested in the Chelsea game but I might switch to it now because this one is finished.
NewNiceMrMe
I'm struggling to figure Chelsea out tonight. They should be beating PSG. I've seen quite a bit of them on Sky this season and whilst they're a very silky team with huge talent, you can't help but notice how weak the opposition in the French league is. It is awful. They rely almost entirely on Ibrahimovich and you could see the fear in their eyes when he went down. As for David Luiz....well I know Barca are desperate to sign him by most accounts. How unfortunate for Chelsea that Barca now being banned from any incoming transfers will almost certainly mean they're now lumbered with him. I heard £40m being mentioned. I'd sell him for a fiver. A total liability. Edited April 2, 2014 by NewNiceMrMe
NewNiceMrMe
..and they're fecked now. What a goal. I'd love to know why the defence didn't budge an inch and how long Cech had been asleep for. Ridiculously poor defending. Mourinho walking off the pitch too. Game over.

Milo
You know I don't bite at football! We played shite (again) and got what we deserved. No excuses. But we're safe and looking at a top half finish whereas Sunderland are now firmly in the relegation crosshairs. What price Poyet to go in the summer? NewNiceMrMe
We played rather well too, which didn't help your total shitness. I'm not so sure you'll finish in the top half though. I think there is room for you to drop plenty of places yet if they continue like that.
