s4dreamer
I like it! Now, if I was in the market for a coupé and could get over the stigma associated with buying a French car, I'd be sorely tempted
ChadW
Mmmm not as bad as I thought it would look, and considering this one is 'in house designed' by Peugeot then guess it will follow the saloon more than the 406 coupe did with the 406 saloon version. Still it will cost around 26-30k new so yes you really do need to get over the stigma of paying that much for french metal. Which I don't think many private sales are gonna be made unless its perfomrance figures make up for it? Shame Pininfarina were not involved this time, perhaps a more Aston DB look could have been done with it in a similar way the 406 coupe has Ferrari lines. felixthecat1
I like the back but the front does not work for me. The over hang is just too big and those shark gills are just a silly toy.
NeilB
It looks good, but that front grille is just too big.
Snail
I quite like it, and add to that, the fact peugeot make (arguably) the best front wheel drive chassis', that will be quite some motor.
Autocalculator
I like the new 407 coupe but still think that the 406 shape looks better. Also, correct me if I am wrong but doesn't the new 407 have a lower power to weight ratio.
ChadW
Yes it does, the V6 petrol in particular appears to be at least 1.5 sec slower than the 406 coupe 3.0 V6 which did 0-60 in 6.7 according to EVO mags The Knowledge section.
djcool
The V6 HDi would be my preferred option.
