Vic
OK Tyresmokers, thinking caps on. We need a new word... I already have the definition... "Parts or areas of a vehicle's bodywork which, following washing and meticulous leathering continue to emit dribbles, drips and runs of water for what seems like an eternity" I'll Start the ball rolling with 'TREZ' which stands for Trimenduloid Rivulet Emittance Zone Manufacturers should start publishing a TREZ figure for each vehicle they produce! sayerbloke
I'm happy enough with TREZ. Don't think it stands for anything else of any importance, so why not?
Paul
I normally use the word when chasing those annoying water dribbles round and round the car to stop water marks.
Sponge
I bought a leaf blower to specifically locate and destroy TREZs. But I looked like a complete pillock blow-drying my car, so I've only used it the once.

T2Cupra
sponge - are there any limits to your extreme car washing? I wish i'd have left mine on the drive on monday and cycled to work, you could have used a leaf blower at my house and nobody would've recognised you! Si_GTi
TREZs. Fantastic! The Polo suffers quite a high TREZ rate - front grille, rear bootlid, wing mirrors... grrrrr

[/ QUOTE ] They didn't even miss me last week, so feck 'em! I have to admit the blower is very effective. It's not bad with leaves (or is it leafs? ) either. P_G
Vorsprung durch Trez. As they say when cleaning up A4's. Wing mirrors, gap around tail light clusters, rear number plate and the metal boot strip are a constant bind. The solution, 1/2 dozen thist pocket pieces and patience.
