The woman is saying how traffic is heavy [maybe by US standards...] and how the driver is incredibly lucky. It's not luck, dear, it's talent! ian_m Posted May 12, 2006 Report Share Posted May 12, 2006 Its not really a tactic that is used in the UK, the american police have a whole different outlook to use of force, compared to the UK police, it seems its "anything goes" in the US The fish tail technique as mentioned is a dangerous one and one that would rarely, if ever be used here, there is no way to control where it will go and who it will hit.
