Venomous
Well after a nice stone impact on the A1 a week ago, there's now a lovely crack starting to run through the front windscreen. It's the first time I've needed to do this ironically, so who would you recommend? Cheers
Sponge
I got mine done on my car insurance. £50 excess and doesn't effect premium/NCD (allegedly).
PetrolDave
[ QUOTE ] It's the first time I've needed to do this ironically, so who would you recommend? [/ QUOTE ] I've been happy with both Autoglass and RAC Auto Windscreens. See your local Yellow Pages for phone numbers and addresses, but it's usually easier to get them to come to you. paul_tdi
If you are fully comp u should be able to get this done under the policy for approx 50 quid excess. Either way I would suggest getting it done sooner rather than later as it is quite an important structural aspect to a car! Most fitters are very good, RAC and Autoglass have done my screens before both as good as each other. Paul
Venomous
Phoned Privilege, and AutoGlass came back quite quickly. Currently waiting for an OE Audi windscreen to be shipped in.
