biturbo
I currently use a HP officejet K80 multi-use jobby, which is great just for normal documents, but does not have a borderless print facility. I will keep this one, but add another just for photo prints. I need a very good quality printer for some hi-res shots, preferably with the ability to print to A3 size. What is the best out there at the moment? I've looked at the Canon iX5000 and i9950, and also the Epson R2400 seems interesting. Canon are releasing the Pixma Pro 9000 soon too. CarMad
Already answered on CPUSmoke. What Photo printer ? Basically don't bother. Sent your photos to Photobox or similar. Its easier, quicker, better quality and much much cheaper.
Sponge
What he said. Especially if you want photo-quality A3 prints. I would have liked A3 capability, but the cost of A3 printers was prohibitive. To answer your question though, I ended up getting an Epson R800 and I'm very happy with it's output.
