[/ QUOTE ] It was only a matter of time Simon Fingers crossed it's an X50 and he didn't know [/ QUOTE ] oh I think he'd know! Artic is my favourite colour on Porsches - there's been a 993 TT in artic silver in my hotel car park for the last couple of days (what's a UK reg car doing near Charles De Gaulle airport I wonder?). Stunning.

flnutt
Very nice, extremely similar to mine only with 24,000 miles. Pics will be up soon. What a car you won't regret it, although i agree it could do with an exhaust.

Ben
Thanks for all the kind words and general insults. So to recap, I'm a gay bastard for buying one then? I think I may have to wait another damn week to get it though due to work commitments, which fecking sucks! Thanks for the offer Adam, any chance you can record me some music? I've not had a tape player for about 15 years

gizze
Can you do me a copy Volume 3 please? It has White Lines, OMD's Locomotion, Blamanche's Don't Tell Me, Cindi Lauper's Time After Time and The Syle Council's You're the best Thing. God 1994 was a good year for music!! Not such a good year for record sleeve artwork though!!

Ben
[ QUOTE ] over 8 months... must be a record [/ QUOTE ] 7 1/2 actually Bit of an obituary incase you're interested - Excluding warranty cost, I only lost £3k on the car, coupled with the fact that I sold it to a trader (i.e. no mucking around) I think it must have been the cheapest pound per grin I've recently had. Plus an average 20MPG which is excellent bearing in mind I do a 1.5 mile commute most days. It did spend a bit of time at the doctors though (4 times) but all sorted under warranty swiftly - OPC Colchester were great with their pick up service, I never actually went there I think that all the problems were down to the car just not being used by the previous owner (4k miles in 2 years). Bits included noisey PAS pump, a/c rads, clutch hydraulics, sticky sunroof mech. Car got plenty of respect where ever it went, random birds would even wave at me (so if you need some help in that department then a 911 is the way forwards ) And finally, DAMN RAPID
