Friend in New Zealand has one on his car, B15 HOP, his surname is Bishop... He had it done so it looked like Bishop too.

Some strange laws over there, saying u can have pretty mch what u want on the number plate.

spotted M1* SPY on a Bentley.

I know that number plate, it used to be on a Z8. It's owned by someone working at Jack Barclays the Rolls Royce / Bentley dealership on Berkeley Square.

(Is that ok, I didn't say what the plate was)

Saw "10W" although it looked like and was spaced like "I O W".

It was on a Renault Scenic or summat like that. I wonder if he lives on the Isle of Wight.

I keep seeing " POT 1 " on a jag in my area, and before you get any ideas he`s not an importer, but a manufacturer of plant pots, but i bet a few grass dealers wouldnt mind it ?

I saw a new VW Golf on the road last saturday - the registration, front and rear, was GOLF! I saw no sign of trade plates.

This was out in the rural area south of Reading, several miles from the nearest dealer.

I remember a chap I did some work for in Milton Keynes in around 1987 had a reddish orange BMW 635 CSI and his plate was BMW 635 ...

Thinking back, that was a very nice car.

So what happens if someone else is reading TSN and finds you are somehwree you should not be ?

Maybe at an interview and your boss also reads TSN ?

[/ QUOTE ]

This is the killer argument, IMHO. ... especially bearing in mind TSN is Google-able.

Simple - either don't go to places you aren't supposed to be, or don't go posting the fact that you are on the forum!

If your boss reads TSN then it means you can talk to him about non-work things like cars, end up going out for a beer or showing each other your cars, and end up getting promoted.
