Usually we get the dash cam footage of this type of thing filmed from another car. This time we get to see what the people in the car would have seen! In the event the owner doesn't have track insurance, does he sue thw circuit owners? And if he does have insurance, do the insurers go after the circuit owners? Any other track, absolutely The Ring, possibly not, as marshalls are spaced a little further apart and by running back & flagging you might save a second accident. By phoning, you may trigger a quicker official response. As said though, we have no idea what was behind him or whether it was practical to stop. Driver was sent to hospital in critical condition (2 broken cervical vertabraes (neck). She was in a coma for a while but got out of it and is recovering exceptionally well. In short: she survived.
