I hope there aren't too many monkeys.  As the number approaches infinity, so does the chance of the indexing going wrong and #$$% To be, or not to be - that is the question: Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing end them. To die - to sleep - no more; and by a sleep to say we end the heartache, and the thousand natural shocks that flesh is heir to. 'Tis a consummation devoutly to be wish'd. To die- to sleep.  To sleep- perchance to dream: ay, there's the rub!  For in that sleep of death what dreams may come when we have shuffled off this mortal coil, must give us pause.

 Whose turn was it to make sure Patently took his pills, I think that blow to his head has had more of an effect than we originally thought. :o

couldn't find this thread (didn't look too hard admittedly).

You didn't ask the right questions. :P

Other than that - I like this new, improved and slicker version.  (OK, new version as the re-indexing is doing it's thing)  +++

There is one there on the top of the page just left of the search icon

so THAT's what that button is for

FF keeps asking me if I "always" want to allow notifications for this site.

I am guessing this is something to do with new features on the site and FF. Are these the usual "new reply" notifications thingies or messages from Site Admin etc? Don't recall ever seeing that question before

On the other hand, I'd quite like to just read the forum when I want to without being notified of activity.

I'd like to turn off the notification of when someone like's one of my posts*, but at the moment the admin settings have disabled that toggle.

( * I realise this is probably less of an issue for some people... :P )

Notifications are popping up repeatedly for the same thing in FF on my Mac.

"Saved" keeps repeating.  Notifications at the bottom of the screen are doing the same.

However, my settings say browser notifications are turned off....but I keep receiving them.   For example, patently has replied to this topic whilst I'm trying to type this comment - and the message is constantly flashing up as I'm typing!  If I click the cross to clear it, it keeps coming...

It clearly recognises the more important events... :coffee:
