Other than that - I like this new, improved and slicker version. (OK, new version as the re-indexing is doing it's thing)

I am guessing this is something to do with new features on the site and FF. Are these the usual "new reply" notifications thingies or messages from Site Admin etc? Don't recall ever seeing that question before
CarMad
It can create a ping if there is a reply to your post and things lie that, no real reason not just to say yes i have and it enrich ens using the forum.
garcon magnifique
On the other hand, I'd quite like to just read the forum when I want to without being notified of activity. I'd like to turn off the notification of when someone like's one of my posts*, but at the moment the admin settings have disabled that toggle. ( * I realise this is probably less of an issue for some people... )

NewNiceMrMe
Notifications are popping up repeatedly for the same thing in FF on my Mac. "Saved" keeps repeating. Notifications at the bottom of the screen are doing the same. However, my settings say browser notifications are turned off....but I keep receiving them. For example, patently has replied to this topic whilst I'm trying to type this comment - and the message is constantly flashing up as I'm typing! If I click the cross to clear it, it keeps coming... Waylander
hhhmmm maybe clicking "always accept" wasn't a good idea but FF only gave me the option of "always accept" and "not now" so everytime I came to the forum it kept asking me
