A willingness to ably fit and display items of bling on ones car and keep said bling in a fit state to always mirror ones reflection; 2. Uphold the laws and traditions of the Guild of Master Blingers (yet to be defined); 3. To bling ones automobile externally in accordance with the laws; 4. A Trainee Blinger is one who is unpracticed in the craft and is currently at novice stage (1-2 bits of bling); 5. A Junior Blinger is one who has passed the first tests and is currently working on items 3 and 4 of bling; 6. A Senior Blinger is one working on items 5 and 6; 7. A MAster Blinger is one working on items above 7... 8. The Grandmaster Blinger......well enough said!
