"Beer Goggles" = Having too much juice and going home with the minger who at 01:45 the night before looked like Angelina Jolie ! 169144-ok.gif

... Those must have been some 'seriously' powerfull ones ! grin.gif Wonder what she thought when you took 'em off yelrotflmao.gif

So if you thought you were taking a '36' home and found it was a '32' would you still consider the perfomance levels to be ample enough yelrotflmao.gif

Now trying to steer this thread back on topic a new '32' will do me just fine and am seriously considering a long term comitment if the run around the block goes well 169144-ok.gif

Meant tongue in cheek, tongue in cheek grin.gif

Now the R36 in not on the near horizon anyone else considering a new R32 ?

Those spanish vids sound good, I could live with the subtle looks and the front doesn't stand out too much on a silver car (my colour of choice)

Need to get over the silver on the inside though .... I read somewhere that it's supposed to hint at the Veryon !! ??

I was told by my dealer that an r36 would be coming???

I think you may find that your stealer is talking dung.gif!!

Maybe you should have tried a trick question like "when's Christmas"? yelrotflmao.gif

Being serious, VW UK have largely kept the whole UK Dealer network in the dark over the entire MKV R issue...

If the R36 does exist, in Wolfsberg at least, do you think VW would let the cat out of the bag when they have just released the most expensive Golf ever, in a market place that is more than slow, and with a model of car that I understand to be struggling to do the numbers that the MkIV did?? I doubt it.

A glimmer of hope for all of you that hope an R36 might just appear. Either way, with the MkV looks, I won't be having one regardless of performance stats. Fugly cars don't suit me.

I would hazard a guess that VW would be better placed adapting the MKV GTi with the 4Motion drivetrain? znaika.gif

Hmm, but it won't be as potent as people would wish, mainly as I believe this is the basis on the next generation of S3, unless thats changed?
