[/ QUOTE ] Floyd I can't really remember what my S3 was like before it was chipped it's been so long. It does seem pretty reasonable performance wise but nowhere near as quick as my S3. I think the standard ST220 gets to 60 in around 6.8 - 7.0 seconds which isn't too bad. Calm Chris Posted May 2, 2006 Report Share Posted May 2, 2006 Ford 6's like juice and old one's (pre ST 2.5) loved main crankshaft bearings. I had one as a Company car for 2 years and it had 2 new lower blocks, just glad I had a fuel card. No worse than a R32 (19 mpg over 3 years) or even a chipped S3 (22-24 mpg??). Enjoy the motor. Yes the R32 is not a true Vee but still I think a Nice car in the ST220!! I see loads of them at work tho... You could have some fun if you got a blue light kit off ebay..
