Send her an odd email.

Something like:

Hi

I hope you can take this email in a seperate context to your complaint about me - but something about the way you've spoken, or emailed, has made my nipples hard.

I quite like that.

Do you do any tricks that involve lactating? I would love to see them - the tricks I mean.

The last girl who was game stopped working after a while so I had to trade her in - the new model wasn't that much either.

Here's hoping a long and fruitful milking relationship,

Mad Bazza

(The Second (RIP 1st)).

Or something.

It scares me that you thought that up! yelrotflmao.gif

Have you logged on to PayPal to make sure no dispute has been filed?

Also, check you transactions on there v.carefully - even though you say she didn't pay through PayPal, I've heard cases where the purchaser gets their money back at the drop of a hat and I doubt the people who work there are the sharpest tools in the box.

how do you know the person she sold it too wasn't her friend who then swapped the real one for a fake one and then asked for all the money back sending you the fake one back. the person who bought it has only bought 1 other item off ebay 169144-ok.gif

Oh, and make sure there's no balance in your paypal account.

Worse case they reclaim and hold your account but for 300 quid it'd be worth the annoyance.

Absolutly..

close your paypal account and your ebay account.

You can very easily open new ones later if necessary.

Have you tried posting for advice on here the ebay community Discussion boards. Some really clued up people on there (not that we aren't!!) but someone may have had a similar case in the past or even know her as a known trouble maker??

Could be worth a look if nothing else. They have help me out in the past with ebay selling problems and paypal disputes. 169144-ok.gif

Shark, she's blatently trying it!

The fact that the transaction didn't go through PayPal means that they cannot involve themselves in any way even though they are an Ebay company.

The fact she has sold the bag on to another buyer instantly relieves you from any obligations you may of had as the original seller.

As far as she was concerned the bag was fine, just not what she wanted and therefore sold it on. As it has been transfered to another person this makes it third or forth hand and therefore no-longer in the condition you sold it to her!

It probably wont even be the same bag she sends back to you.

If you're worried, my advice would be to file a claim against her stating to Ebay that you feel she is trying to pull a fast one and just turn the tables on her completely.

You haven't mis-represented your item, where it was bought or by whom is besides the point, bottom line is she bought it, was happy with it for a while, sold it on suffered a loss and is now disgruntled.

You've conducted yourself in a very appropriate manner and have nothing to hide. If she wants to get any reimbursement from Ebay, she has to prove that this was infact the same bag that you sold her and as it has been sold on and out of her possession the dispute is between her and the last buyer.

Nip it in the bud with Ebay before she tries anything silly however. 169144-ok.gif

If you did not do the deal via paypal then you have no problems with them.

Now this bag has been sold twice, so anyone of the feckers could have swapped the bag for a fake. Don't stand for this BS mate, they are trying to scam you. you get a fake bag back and could be £300 out of pocket if you give them the money back. Tell Her to shove it.

Sounds like she is peeved that she had a significant loss against the price she paid and sold it for. Judging by her emails/attitude/tone, If she was genuine, then why not submit a complaint immediately rather than just simply asking for your contact details!

Having served in the police and dealing with fake/false goods being sold on eBay (Yes i did actaully do 2 of these!) Its far more complexed than you think. I was arguing with another police force as to where the deception/theft took place. Up here in York or down there in London! To be honest, i think it was a case of neither force wanted to carry out the investigation of the offence and in the end passed back to eBay to resolve! ha

I honestly don't believe you'd have any problems with Paypal or ebay taking money from you. As the bag had been sold again SHE is now responsible not YOU! I was her incompatence that failed her to get the back checked during her ownership. Due to it been sold on and no forensic marks left on it (assuming from her and new buyer handling the bag) it can never be reasonably proved that the bag IS THE VERY SAME YOU SOLD!

Good luck, but i wouldnt worry about it. 169144-ok.gif

She just text me:

I need to send this bag back to you. Could you provide me with your address? Ebay has to compensate me one way or the other for this. They need proof of postage from me.

My reply:

I won't entertain this any further. I am seeking advice from the correct people before I do anything, and at the moment I've been told not to accept any deliveries. Sorry.

Her reply:

I'm not asking to entertain anything. U have my money that i paid u in good faith. U knowingly sold me a fake. I'm also getting legal advice but i'm trying to reason with u first as adviced. U cant hide from this. U'll live to regret this once the lawyers & police get involved. U guys obviously need the money to stoop so low. Keep the money. Let Ebay pay me by accepting this cheap trash you sold me.

And then another:

My brother think i have a strong civil case against u. He should know he's a lawyer & he'll do it for me free so when u lose u will incur all the court fees as well. This can be resolved now! U know u r wrong but hey it's your call play it how u want.

My reply:

May I ask that you do not contact me again. I do not wish to hear from you.

Further BS do you think? Sounds like she's clutching at straws, and the more she winds me up the less likely I am to talk to her!

Well, for a start, if she's taking you to court for the £300 it'll get assigned to the Small Claims Track. She's extremely unlikely to get any costs other than the cost of the claim itself (no fat solicitors fees), so I wouldn't worry too much on that score.

You could also make the point that if she's accusing you of passing off fake goods, that's exactly what she was doing when she tried to eBay it herself.

Print out and keep a copy of her auction before it disappears...
