shark_90
That's a different bag mate. But looking at how many bags she buys it's starting to look dodgier.
mattburrow
Look at the Item Location. There is a good Market down by the Docks where you can purchase the said item.
Phantom
There was a good market for those bags in Florence when I visited a few weeks ago. Young guys unfolding their white sheets in the streets displaying loads of fake bags for sale. Quite amusing watching them pack up as quickly as possible to avoid trouble each time the police went by Will be interesting to see how she, or perhaps it is a he/she, now responds to your post on the eBay message board, especilly given the tone of her previous messages
mb
Interestingly under Italian law it is the purchaser who is guilty rather than the trader - probably something to do with it being easier to catch & fine an American tourist who can only run slowly than an African sprinter/immigrant ! At least the customers could compare the products there and then I think she'll have a bit of a wake up call when reading those replies, and dont trust her she could well be trying to scam you Also notice her thread title on ebay "SOLD A FAKE ITEM ON EBAY" shes admitted it
drpellypo
Well I've just posted And I am a lawyer technically as the expression is defined as 'someone whom has a knowledge of the law,' which I do, as I studied it. Had I said I was a solicitor - different story.

drpellypo
Good stuff! Have you checked her feedback? Took 2 weeks to pay! Offered full refund, item couldn't be that bad! Seller: amylouisepoulter ( 151 [Feedback score is 100 to 499] ) 13-Feb-07 07:35 Reply by mantinini2006 (15-Feb-07 13:29): The item was that bad as the two shades of blue clashed! Gave it away to Charity WT?! She's clearly a nutter. I mean honestly, who would buy Helly Hansen?
Teacake
[ QUOTE ] Well I've just posted [ QUOTE ] Take it to a small claims court by all means, but I can guarantee you the magistrate will ask you to leave on the grounds that you are wasting your time. I can tell you that for certain because I AM a lawyer. [/ QUOTE ] [/ QUOTE ] You were doing fine until you said "magistrate" rather than "judge".
