Adam
correct - buckets are manually adjusted - the idea being to save the not inconsiderable weight of all those motors they do have an electric 4 way bolster and heaters though
P_G
So that'll save around 2kg's per seat then!

spikeyboy
Thanks. So just to clarify: 1) Sports seats no memory option available (thats fine prefer the recaro's) 2) Memory option not standard on Recaro but can be added - any idea of cost ? Hopefully going to be in a posotion to purchase an RS4 very soon and love the memory seats i have on the S4 as both me and the wife drive the car and its so handy the seat adjusting automatically to the key used to open the car. Also do both seat options come with the "S" button ?
Daz
I'm not sure the memory option can be retrofitted to the Recaros. I think you have to order it from new - which you can't anymore. You'll have to find a car with it already fitted.

As long as they are fully electric I don't see why you couldn't do it on an RS4. Cost - not sure, there aren't many parts you need, would have thought a couple of hundred quid + time and ability to do it. This is on my list of things to do! PetrolDave
[ QUOTE ] Also do both seat options come with the "S" button ? [/ QUOTE ] Yes. S button on the steering wheel if you have the proper RS4 steering wheel, but on the dash if you have the MFSW.
