P_G
Following on from a post about car shades, I've been toying with the idea of whetehr to get a manual or electric rear blind. Electirc one has cool factor but costs a shed load more, requires a fair bit of installation work and would mean losing my coin tray which let's face it, is handy. However manual could be fidly to get to with baby seat in way and you have to stop every time you want to use it to put it up. So what's the concensus of TSN then. And does anyone know where I can get one, eithe rmanual or electric fairly cheap as Audi were charging £250+ plus VAT for the parts and 5 hours installation. PetrolDave
Electric - I just wish they did electric for the Avant as well.
NewNiceMrMe
I had a 318iSE many many moons ago, and I paid £380 for an electric rear blind to be fitted - purely because I saw one in action and thought 'I want one of those!'. If I was going to do it again, not that theres much need in the 6, then I'd go electric. With a manual one I'd like to bet you'll hardly use it cos' you can't be arsed to!
