loddrik
no, just saw one and thought it looked nice, nothing is going to usurp the P1 (yet). Still puts too huge a grin on my face
Adam
fantastic car if you want to look like a wealthy cab driver
Ari
I like 'em. A few years ago I had a girlfriend who had a C Class 180 Sport. I thought it would be a real slug and for sure it was no performance car, but I used to really enjoy driving it. Because it was a "sport" spec it had lovely Recaro type seats, sports suspension etc and it just had a really good feeling to it. It wasn't a car to throw around but for covering distances it was nice and because it was auto whenever you floored it it kicked down which masked the lack of performance anyway. The same car but with a bit of serious go to it would be great. It isn't a car for belting round corners though, it's a long distance/motorway tool, about as far removed from a P1 as you'll ever get! max_b
one of the ultimate Q cars.. 4.3 v8, how can it not shift! would imagine you'd need a big wallet for those repairs though but offset by the price you can pick some of these up for now

danksy
M5 for outright style, but the C43 for stealth IMHO! I used to have (co. car) a Rover 620Ti, (>200bhp!!) and for its time it was a quick car, but looked like a run of the mill 618, and so it used to surprise a lot of people on the road! s4dreamer
Too dated now - I like the cab driver analogy New C32 is better looking (IMHO), but doesn't have any road presence, so it'd have to be a CLK32 or an E55
Brabus
I was thinking of buying one of those a while ago, but was put off by dated looks, horrendous mpg and the fact that you couldn't turn off the anti-spin, so no sideways action. Booo!

Brabus
[ QUOTE ] Deefinatly prefur an M5?? [/ QUOTE ] Yeah but the C43 was never really a competitor to the M5, more to the old-shape M3 (E36) and the S4.
