Sponge
What gets me is how the same company charges differently depending on where the garage is on the same road. For example, the aforementioned Shell charge 95.9p nearest my house. Travel literally 2 minutes up the road (closer to city centre) and they charge 96.9p - always 1p per litre more. Rustynuts
Local Jet station has unleaded at 98.9p per litre, and diesel at 97.9p per litre. Diesel cheaper than petrol? Nope! Their petrol is 3p per litre more than anyone elses for some reason.

Sponge
[ QUOTE ] 93.9p at Shell for me! [/ QUOTE ] This is what annoys me. Why did Shell charge me 96.9p and you 93.9p? I pay the same for milk whether I go to the local Sainsburys or the big one up the road. (Obviously I'm having a grumble at Shell, not you. )
Sparky
I hear ya! Shell annoy me too - it's 93.9p near my house, but as I approach the M1 junction, it's 99.9p. It's the same damn fuel!
