[/ QUOTE ] I dont think I have cruise.... I thought it was something to do with the diff. I suppose I really should read the manual, but the manual is in the glove box, and if I go to the car I will have to drive it again... Im just passing time till rush hour is over... I have a couple of pics downloading in t photobucket, so soon enough!

Daz
John's going to confirm the date in the morning but it will be sometime in the next few weeks. Here's a review that was done a couple of years ago Review link
Brabus
I love the shot of the Maybach peeking out of the garage not ostentatious at all! Lovely car, but black is faster.
Brabus
The "button" on the steering wheel is for track mode. Doesn't turn the traction control off but lets you slide the car much more than with traction control on. I'd always put mine in track mode when the roads were dry. Woppum
Chris how much difference do the cup tyres really make. The car now must be as quick over all the twisties as an Evo it is simply astonishing. Am I going to have to be a lot more careful if I stick Nero's on? Thing is both the tyres and the good weather are not going to last forever, and anyways I dont think the company is going to be too happy dishing out for new cups once a month
Brabus
The cups probably shave 20-30 seconds off a Nurburgring lap time compared to Nero's so they make a huge difference. I had a set of cup wheels with cup tyres, a set of cup wheels with michelin P2's and a set of winter wheels and tyres. This might be something worth looking into and its fun swapping wheels around when you know you're going for a quick blat on a hot summer's day. Don't forget that the original buyer had to sign a disclaimer saying he/she understood that the cup tyres will not work properly under 7 degrees celcius... [/ QUOTE ] Wopps. Don't go North of Watford. Ever. [/ QUOTE ] That will be hard. Im mostly office based at the moment, but pritty soon im going to have to travel simply everywhere... Nero's it is which subsequently I got quoted at ATS £220 a front corner and £255 for each rear... I thought the £170 p/c on the R was expensive ATS can't get hold of cups, I cant find them in the right size on Blackcircles, which makes me think, i'll have to get them from BMW at some very very silly price...! Chris, I would consider getting another set od wheels and cups personally. Maybe just before next summer, but i'll start looking for deals on E-bay now...
